Several PR opportunities are available before Enterprise 2.0 Conference in Boston and during the event that will help maximize your company's exposure. All of the following services are included at no charge for Enterprise 2.0 exhibitors.
Information on how to download the media list of all pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers who will be attending Enterprise 2.0 will be available beginning May 18 in the Exhibitor Portal. Once available, the media list will be updated each Friday leading up to the event. Access to this information will give you the opportunity to set up on-site interviews and meetings prior to the event.
**PLEASE NOTE: The media list is *only* available through the Exhibitor Portal and PR agencies or other third parties will need to work directly with their client to secure access information to the portal in order to download the list.
Enterprise 2.0 brings together enterprise IT professionals, developers, infrastructure and service providers, and an impressive blend of press, analysts and exhibitors, offering an amazing audience to target for your company’s new product or service announcement. If your company is planning on making an announcement leading up to or at Enterprise 2.0, we can help you increase the exposure through a June 11 press release detailing exhibitor announcements at the event. If you are interested in participating in this release opportunity, please login to the Exhibitor Portal and fill out the form available in the PR Opportunities section. Submissions cannot exceed 50 words. No marketing copy will be considered.
The deadline for inclusion is Friday, June 1. If you would like to participate in this opportunity but not release specific details of your announcement, we can accommodate you. Please see last year's Enterprise 2.0 Boston exhibitor announcement release as a sample located here.
Pre-reservation requests for meeting space for exhibitors who have arranged briefings with press/analysts during the event will open May 21, 2012. More details on how to make pre-reservation requests will be available at this time. The last day to reserve a meeting space before the show will be June 14, 2012. After that date, reservations can be made on a first-come-first-serve basis on-site at the Media Center.
Please note that the Media Center may only be used by registered exhibitors when accompanied by a member of the media. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media and the other must be a registered exhibitor or speaker.

More information on the Media Center hours and location will be available soon.
Exhibitors can leave their press kits in the Media Center beginning the first day of the event, June 18, 2012.
