Several PR opportunities are available before E2 Conference in Boston and during the event that will help maximize your company's exposure. All of the following services are included at no charge for E2 exhibitors.
The E2 PR team is available to assist you with any questions or issues you may have regarding your PR outreach strategy before or during the event, including tips on contacting media, as well as PR advice based on industry events and topics at E2 that will be of interest to your company.

Information on how to download the media list of all pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers who will be attending E2 will be available beginning May 17th in the Exhibitor Portal. Once available, the media list will be updated each Friday leading up to the event. Access to this information will give you the opportunity to set up on-site interviews and meetings prior to the event.
The media list is *only* available through the Exhibitor Portal and PR agencies or other third parties will need to work directly with their client to secure access information to the portal in order to download the list.
E2 will bring together an impressive blend of press, analysts, attendees and exhibitors, as an audience to target for your company's new product or service announcement. If your company is planning on making an announcement leading up to or at E2, we can help you increase the exposure through a June 10th press release detailing exhibitor announcements at the event.
To participate in this press release, log in to the Exhibitor Portal and select “Review Event Information and Download Order Forms.” From the list of Tasks, the form for completion is available in the “PR Opportunities” section. Please note that submissions cannot exceed 50 words and no marketing copy will be considered.
The deadline for inclusion is Friday, May 31st. If you would like to participate in this opportunity but not release specific details of your announcement, we can accommodate you. Please see last year's release as a sample for your submission.
Meeting space for exhibitors who have secured briefings with the media will be available on-site inside the Media Center. This space is available on a first-come-first-serve basis at the event.
Please note that the Media Center may only be used by registered exhibitors when accompanied by a member of the media. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media and the other must be a registered exhibitor or speaker.
The Media Center is located in the Northeastern room on the third level of the Marriott Copley Place.

Exhibitors can leave their press kits in the Media Center beginning the first day of the event, June 17th, 2013. There will be an area for press kits, or any other special items you'd like to make available to the media in attendance. CD's, jump drives and other creative company information is always appreciated.
