Each Enterprise 2.0 exhibitor is offered the chance to take advantage of the following PR opportunities at no additional cost. To make the most of your exposure at the event, we encourage all exhibitors to think about your PR strategy and make an announcement from the event, or around it, in order to capitalize on the chance to speak to the industry when everyone is listening. Press Release: Participate in the Official Enterprise 2.0 Boston Press Release

Thank you to all exhibitors who submitted your new product/service description for inclusion in the official Enterprise 2.0 Boston exhibitors announcement press release. The deadline to participate has now passed. Please look for this release to cross the wire on Monday, June 13.

If you plan to write a press release about your announcement, sponsorship, or other activities around the event, please follow our guidelines below. Enterprise 2.0 owns its brands and content and must approve any third party use of its brands and content.

Media List

Information on how to download the media list of all pre-registered press and analysts attending Enterprise 2.0 Boston 2011 will be available May 20 in the Enterprise 2.0 Boston 2011 Exhibitor Resource Center (PR agencies-you can get the login information from your client). Following this date, the media list will be updated and made available on a weekly basis until the event. This information will give you the opportunity to set up on-site interviews and meetings prior to the event.

Media Briefing Space: Meeting Room for Briefings

Pre-reservation requests for meeting space for press/analyst briefings is now closed. If you are interested in securing a meeting space for media briefings onsite, please come to the Media Center, where you can make your reservation on a first-come first-serve basis.

The Media Center may only be used by registered exhibitors, representatives, press, analysts and bloggers. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media (journalist/analyst/blogger) and the other must be a registered exhibitor. For more information, please contact .

The Media Center will be located in room 300. Meeting space is available for briefings during the following Media Center hours:

Monday, June 20: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Tuesday, June 21: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Wednesday, June 22: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
Thursday, June 23: 8:00 am – 11:00 am

Press Kits

Exhibitors can leave their press kits in the Media Center beginning the first day of the event, June 20, 2011.
